Sharing my personal experience on finding a job in Dubai.
There could be more better ways, try searching over internet or ask those who recently got recruited.
- First thing is to make a professional CV and get it reviewed by your seniors or experts, Make a nice cover letter and email subject.
- Register and update your CV in various UAE job portals like Dubizzle, MonsterGulf, NaukriGulf, Bayt and other classifieds / job portals as well.
- Find contacts from business directories and do send CV. (Visit there websites and check if there is any opening or try to contact personally over LinkedIn)
- Register and update your profile on Linked In. (i) Make connections with HR of companies in which you feel could be hired. (ii) Visit there profile and send personal message on LinkedIn.
- Whenever you find any email id or contact number, try to reach them on appropriate time.
- Re format your email subject, cover letter and CV as per job description given, it helps a lot.
- Do followup email / messages / calls. (Re-send the CV, if you feel your email is not seen by them)
- Talk to people for your job where you feel, it can be helpful.
- Read job description and prepare a paragraph which you feel can impress interviewer (should be as per his requirements).
- Keep up prayer and have trust over Allah (swt), He is the sustain'er.
