If you rent out studio for 30000. You may need to pay following.
1-5% security deposit
2-5% commission
3- 2000dhm DEWA deposit.
4- 500 dhm lootha gas deposit, if your building is connected with central gas supply.
5-500 dhm as one time connection charges to lootha gas if applicable.
6- 300 dhm for Ejari Registration.
7-dhm 1000 as security deposite for du or etisalat
8- approx 1800dhm per visa for family. Plus aed 400 for 1 time file opening charges.
9- mandoterry health insurance for family. Which is 650dhm for child upto 18 age and 1750dhm for married wife but not working.
